Second MQTT broker setup

As backup and for extended use cases, a secondary MQTT message broker was set up, tested and is running for further usage. This broker is alive 24/7 by default and waits for users to hook up and send/receive messages.
This is meant to be the default service for web based user interactions with the ALL YOUR BASE plattform.
